In this episode I sat down to talk with Dave Dahl, owner of Dave’s Killer Bread, and former drug addict with a combined history of 15 years in prison for crimes ranging from burglary and robbery, to delivery of a controlled substance. When he was released, he returned to his parent’s bakery and developed a recipe for whole-grain organic bread that not only changed the course of the bakery business, but also his life and by extension, the life of other rehabilitating convicts as well.
